Details
Application Background
Many chemical processes require two or more liquids to be mixed according to a specific ratio. One pump can be treated as the master flow loop while another pump follows as a proportional flow loop.
Control Structure
In the example, pump 1 is the master pump controlled by an AL808 controller and flow sensor in a closed-loop flow system. Pump 2 is the slave pump controlled by DC220 and a flow transmitter. The flow ratio can be set and controlled through DC220.
